Literally huge amounts of players want to be the next "star" in poker, but here is a short rundown on four of the more noteworthy "nice guys" of the game. Even though "nice" is associated with their names when you are playing them it is "no more Mr. Nice guy" up until they have put you out of the competition!

Daniel Negreanu

In Two Thousand and Four, his tourney winnings added up to in the region of $4.4 million and he attained 2 highly admired awards in the WSOP Player of the Year and Cardplayer Magazine’s Tournament Player of the Year. Howard Lederer

Called "The Professor" and sibling of fellow poker pro Annie Duke. His accomplishments have allowed him to make an educational poker video called "Secrets of No Limit Hold’em" and co hosting a tournament poker show for Fox TV. Scotty Nguyen

Scott is one of the most active players in poker and between 2000 and 2004 he placed in the money in more than one hundred competitions. He’s noted for saying "yeah baby" during poker games and also coined the term "that’s poker baby" when alluding to a exceptionally bad beat. As of 2006, his life time earnings are almost $6 million.

Chris Ferguson

Chris has won five WSOP titles with 2 of his wins coming in Two Thousand and Three.
