Newcomer Tactics for Pai Gow Poker

[ English ]

Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Based on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the east with the west in an awesome game for new players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the casino, unlike almost all other poker games that players compete with other players. By gambling against the dealer, new players do not have to worry about any other, more skillful people winning their mulla.

An additional Pai Gow benefit is the relatively leisurely game pace, novices are able to take their time and scheme without needing to make frenzied choices.

It is also much simpler to play for a very long time with basically a tiny amount of money seeing as, to lose, each of your hands must be lower than both of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards face up and the house gets 7 cards faces hidden.

A five card hand and one two card hand have to be put together from the seven cards, the five card hand must be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be better than the dealer’s.
